1. REFUND POLICY (Store Credit Only)
At MOONLIGHT, we take pride in offering high-quality, handmade bodysuits crafted in Colombia. Your satisfaction is important to us. While we do *not provide cash refunds*, we gladly offer *store credit* for eligible returns.
✔ Store Credit Only
MOONLIGHT does not issue monetary refunds.
Approved returns will receive *store credit* in the form of a digital code or gift card.
Store credit:
* Does not expire
* Can be used only at MOONLIGHT
* Can be applied to any future purchase
✔ Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for store credit, items must:
* Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
* Have all original labels and packaging
* Be returned within *14–30 days* of delivery
* Show no signs of deodorant, makeup, perfume, stretching, or damage
Returns failing to meet these conditions may be rejected in accordance with hygiene regulations for intimate apparel in the U.S.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
* Bodysuits that have been tried on improperly
* Final sale items
* Custom/altered products
* Items with removed tags or visible wear
🚚 Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective.
If your item arrived damaged, contact us within *48 hours*with photos.

Once your return is received and inspected:
